About This Blog

I created this blog when I am doing my bridal planning... or rather I started this blog while I was halfway through with my bridal planning. So you may find that some posts & the date posted are days or even weeks apart.

I never was a blogger nor am I familiar on how a blog should work. I just want a blog to capture memories of how my life took a turn for the better & also at the same time to help other brides-to-be to have an idea how they can plan their own wedding.

Of course, when my wedding is over, I will also use this blog as a platform to capture our memories together as a married couple on our new home, our kids & our quarrels! (hahaha)

This blog is strictly for information & sharing purposes based on my experiences & any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

I hope you find my blog informative & hope it will aid in your own DREAM wedding planning!! Do also comment if this blog needs more improvement!!

MY PRE - WEDDING PREPARATIONS (PART VI)

Today, we went in to the BS for gowns selection, take measurements & of course, to pay the remaining deposit amount. We reach there about 10.45am after waking up early to avoid the jams at both customs..... They do have a wide selection of gowns there.... but unfortunately, one of the white long train gown was out to laundry... This was recommended by the gal, Lilian & I saw form the pictures it was quite nice...I will gotta come back to try the gown another day...
Nevertheless, I managed to select & shortlist (confirmed) 3 gowns & KIV 2 gowns... Actually, I only get to select a total of 4 gowns not 5 as due to the fact I am going to the waterfall area for the shoot, they only have a white gown or rather a long dress (light-weight material) for me to stand knee-high in the waters...the 3 selections already included the white dress....

I selected a hot pink long train gown (with black top), a yellow one with small sunflowers as motifs on the front (I am a GREAT fan of SUNFLOWERS!!!!) for the shoot at the UK farm as these 2 colours are striking & contrasting enough to create an impact in the photos...

I had KIV a blue one & a white (with red top) to go to the waterfall area... but if I do not like the white long train gown that they send for laundry, I might just take the both that I KIV-ed as the white with red can be as a replacement for the white gown... I will update with photos on my next visit in this post again...

Tips: Too many choices, gives you more headache than one with limited choices..... Because....the more I see & try... the more I feel like taking ALL of them... haha
